The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 46 "An Act                    
authorizing moose farming" and recommended it be replaced with                 
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 46(FIN), entitled:                                     
"An Act relating to moose farming and relating to                             
game farming."
